Field station terms of use

1. The crew behind the station

These terms govern your use of aurorafieldstation.com ("Aurora Field Station", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of aurorafieldstation.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who the station admits

The station admits users aged 19 or over only. By using Aurora Field Station you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Station coins

• Every game runs on virtual coins that the station issues free of charge.
• Coins have no monetary value; none of them counts as money, credit or property.
• Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The station has no in-app purchases.
• The station offers no prize of any real-world value.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by the station crew whenever needed.

4. No real money on the ice

Aurora Field Station offers no real-money gambling, promotes none, and links out to no gambling operator from any dome or page.

5. Your station account

• The two worlds beyond the open one require a free account. Hold no more than one account per person, and share it with no one.
• Your password is for you alone. If someone else has been into your account, tell us without delay.
• Delete your account from the account page at any moment you choose. Deletion is instant and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend an account if it is used to disrupt the site or if we believe the holder is under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account; they are not your property, and they can be reset.

6. Acceptable use of the station

At the station you may not disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Station availability and liability

The site is offered “as is”, and we may alter or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law prevents from being limited, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Law governing the station terms

Ontario law governs these terms, along with the federal laws of Canada that apply in the Province of Ontario.
